i absolutely love crave. i’ve been a patron of them for years. they fueled my college degree with their energy teas and helped me meet my protein needs with their shakes. i love the protein coffee too and the donuts that they occasionally have. absolutely amazing place and such a good atmosphere. the owner gabby is super sweet and very knowledgeable about her products.

Part of my morning daily routine before work at least once or twice a week is stopping by Crave for a tea !! So many flavors I have trouble picking . Gabby is amazing and so is the rest of the staff . Highly recommend Crave for healthy shakes and teas !

I had just finished up at the dentist and needed something I could actually drink but still give me some protein. After some google search I found CRAVE. I’ve heard of it but never actually tried it. I got the French Toast shake and WOW, was that good! They have so many options that it was honestly hard to choose… which just means I’ll have to come back and try more 😋 Gabby was absolutely wonderful. She shared her inspiring story of how she got to where she is today, and you can really tell she loves what she does and genuinely enjoys helping people. I love supporting small businesses, and I truly hope you give this place a chance, you won’t regret it!

Crave Nutrition is a sweet little spot right in Downtown Bethlehem. From the moment we walked in, the girl at the front was kind, straightforward, and not pushy at all—just very informative about their teas, shakes, and coffees and what each one offers. We ordered a large Strawberry Cheesecake shake for $10, and it hit the spot. It’s a classic strawberry cheesecake flavor but with a high-protein focus. They use Herbalife, which works well if you have a sweet tooth but still want something healthier or more protein-packed to satisfy a craving. What really stands out is the variety of flavors they offer—everything from fruity options to chocolatey, cake batter-style flavors. I love the idea of stopping in to try different flavors you wouldn’t normally make at home while still getting a solid protein shake. The environment is welcoming and comfortable—nothing over-the-top, but definitely not boring either. Overall, it’s a great spot, and I’ll definitely be going back to try more flavors. Highly recommend checking it out!

LOVE GABBY!! She is such a sweet person and makes the ABSOLUTE BEST SHAKES AND TEAS EVER!! She is so positive and encouraging. Oh the waffles to DIE FOR. Protein bites so yummy, nice snack to have while teaching!! Love this place 🫶🏼
